Pallet shuttle
Deep-lane pallet shuttle for high-density ASRS racking. Three builds from 1 T to bespoke cold storage. The workhorse of the range.
- 1500 kg payload
- 2 pallet/min
- Deep-lane ASRS
GARUDA drives the pallet, not the forklift. One shuttle serves an entire lane of racking — reclaiming the floor that aisles used to eat, and moving two pallets a minute while it does it.

A pallet shuttle changes the economics of a warehouse in three places: the footprint you pay rent on, the pallets you can move an hour, and the conditions the equipment will tolerate.
Conventional selective racking spends up to 70% of its footprint on aisles. GARUDA works inside the lane, so pallets go where forklifts used to drive.
Autonomous in-lane cycling at 1.2 m/s unladen and 0.8 m/s under full load, running FIFO or LIFO against the same rack without reconfiguration.
Rated −5 °C to 55 °C on a 24 V / 54 Ah pack. The same unit handles chilled FMCG lanes and un-airconditioned Indian warehouse roofs.
The same drive system and control stack across all three. What changes is the chassis rating, the duty cycle and the environment it's sealed for.
The volume build
The standard ambient-warehouse shuttle. Sized for palletised FMCG, 3PL and e-commerce lanes where throughput matters more than unit weight.
Typical applications
Drive system, controls and the 1320 × 950 × 170 mm envelope are common across all three builds, so lane geometry carries over if you change rating later.
Everything a racking designer needs to size a lane. Full drawings and load charts come with the lane study.

Lane depth, upright spacing and beam levels are sized per site. Send us a rack layout to upgrade your warehouse.
Spin the shuttle, or drop it into your warehouse at true scale through your phone camera. It occupies exactly the 1320 × 950 mm the real unit does — so you can check a lane before anyone quotes one.

Point at the floor and place. It lands at true 1320 × 950 mm.
Shuttles and AGVs move the pallet. Vision and tracking make sure the system knows where it went.
Deep-lane storage buys back the floor that aisles consume. Set your numbers and see the footprint difference — then let us verify it with a real lane study.

Pallets deep per shuttle lane. Deeper lanes amortise the service aisle further.

Indicative only. Assumes a 3.5 m aisle shared by two facing rows, a 1 × 1.2 m pallet, and enough pallets per SKU to fill lanes.
